Thank you ILClaymate for your stunning photos of Clay.
Cooking and Clay--they don't always mix well.
Yesterday I decided to have a poached egg on toast for lunch.
It's quick and easy...right? Wrong!
1. get pan, water and egg
2. bread for toast
3. carefully slip egg into simmering water
4. don't bother with timer, when toast is done the egg is just right
5. turn around to put bread in toaster.
6. see Climmel starting on the computer screen.
7. go closer--sit down and watch Climmel till video is over.
8. see bread still in hand--remember the egg
9. find egg perfectly cooked
-to the point of being ready to shellac and hang on the wall
10. moral of story--don't trust memory when Clay is around, or
- having computer in view of kitchen can cause cooking boo boos!
Thanks everyone for stopping by today, and for your wonderful messages.
