Valentine's Day will be here in a few weeks.
What a great combination -- Clay, the star of Spamalot and valentines.
Both equal a whole lot of love!
Thanks to Katy4Clay, BigAppleforClay, Scrpkym and PermaSwooned for the photos used today.

About Lovebirds
Did you know that the lovebird gets its name from its seemingly affectionate behaviour, cuddling and snuggling up to its owner or to a fellow lovebird? In Germany, the birds are called "die Unzertrennlichen" and in France, they are known as "les inseparables"", meaning "the inseparables" in both languages. Parrot specialists differ on whether it's better to own pairs of lovebirds (for the company they provide one another) or to let a single bird bond more closely with its human owner. Pairs of lovebirds are renowned for their sleeping position - sitting side by side with their faces turned towards one another.
Eight of the nine species of lovebird are native to continental Africa, and the ninth comes from Madagascar, off the coast of east Africa. The different species vary in markings and color - blue, green, and yellow are the most common, and the peach-faced lovebird is one of the most popular species. Lovebirds have relatively large beaks, a stocky build, and a blunt tail. In the wild, they eat vegetables, grains, and fruits. Lovebirds who have been taught at an early age may learn to talk, but most don't. Even the non-talkers are very vocal, often making loud, high-pitched squawks, particularly in the morning hours.
